This legal notice governs access to, browsing and use of this website, on which Yatoday, S.L. presents its Yatoday Realty platform. Access is free and requires no registration. Subscribing to the platform is governed by its own terms, provided before you subscribe.

Accessing and browsing the site makes you a user and implies full acceptance of this notice. If you disagree with any of its provisions, please do not use the site.

3. Terms of use

The user undertakes to:

• Use the site lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with this notice and public order.
• Not use the site for unlawful purposes, to harm third parties’ rights, or in any way that could damage, overload or impair it.
• Not introduce or spread viruses, malicious code or anything else capable of damaging the site, our systems or those of third parties.
• Not give false data or third parties’ data without their authorisation when signing up or writing to us.
• Not carry out mass automated extraction of content (scraping) without our prior written authorisation.

Breach of these obligations entitles Yatoday, S.L. to refuse or withdraw access to the site without notice and without compensation.

All content of the site — texts, screenshots, graphics, icons, logos, trademarks, trade names, design and source code — belongs to Yatoday, S.L. or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property law. The property photos shown in the screenshots of the demo website come from Unsplash and are used under its licence.

Any reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or other exploitation, in whole or in part, without express written authorisation is prohibited. The names of portals and third-party services mentioned on the site are trademarks of their owners and are cited only to describe what the platform connects to.

If you believe any content infringes your intellectual or industrial property rights, let us know at dev@yatoday.es, identifying the content and proving your ownership; we will remove it where appropriate.

Yatoday, S.L. acts with due diligence but cannot guarantee:

• Continuous availability of the site, which may be interrupted for maintenance, technical incidents or causes beyond our control.
• The total absence of errors in the content, which is informative and is not a binding contractual offer. Prices and what each plan includes are those published when you subscribe.
• The absence of viruses or other harmful elements introduced by third parties beyond our control.

Nothing above excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The site may include links to third-party pages. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices, and their inclusion implies no endorsement. You may link to the home page of the site provided you do so fairly, without reproducing its content and without creating confusion about its ownership.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the use of cookies by the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of this notice.

8. Commercial communications

In accordance with article 21 of the LSSI-CE, we do not send commercial communications by email or equivalent means without the recipient’s prior request or express authorisation, or a prior contractual relationship regarding similar products or services. Answering your messages and telling you that your trial ends are not unsolicited commercial communications. You can always object by writing to dev@yatoday.es.

9. Partial invalidity and changes

If any clause of this notice is declared void or unenforceable, the rest remains fully valid. Yatoday, S.L. may change this notice and the site’s content at any time; the date of the version in force appears at the top of this page.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the site is submitted to the courts competent under the law. Where the user is a consumer, the court of their domicile is competent and no clause of this notice limits the mandatory rights consumer law grants them.
