Cookie Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This policy implements article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and follows the Spanish Data Protection Agency’s Guide on the use of cookies. The site is run by Yatoday, S.L.; its full details are in the Legal Notice and the processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. The same rules cover other equivalent techniques for storing data on your device, such as localStorage.
2. This site sets no cookies of its own
This site sets no cookies of its own, uses no analytics or advertising tools and stores nothing in your browser’s storage. That is why we show no cookie banner: there is nothing to accept or reject.
Fonts are served by the site itself, so your browser does not contact third parties to get them.
3. Technical cookies of our hosting provider
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may set strictly necessary cookies to tell human traffic from automated traffic and protect the site:
| Name | Owner | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
__cf_bm, cf_clearance | Cloudflare, Inc. (third party) | Tell human from automated traffic and protect against abuse | 30 minutes / up to 1 year |
This site does not load Cloudflare Turnstile: the sign-up page of the Yatoday Realty platform, opened by the trial button, loads it to check that you are not a robot. Cloudflare processes it as our processor, only for that check.
These techniques are essential to provide the service you request and are therefore exempt from prior consent (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE).
4. How to control them in your browser
You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. If you block technical cookies, the site may not load; you can always write to us at dev@yatoday.es.
5. Changes to this policy
If the site ever uses cookies that require consent, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them.
6. Language of this document
This document is published in Spanish, English and Russian. The Spanish version is the only prevailing version; the others are translations provided for your understanding.
